3D Health has extensive experience in the negotiating of and drawing up of contracts, clause revision of proposals made by the other party and renewal or termination of mercantile contracts among sponsors, centres, investigators, monitors and other parties.  We act as mediators in reaching agreements in aspects requiring more specific handling.

On other occasions we use standardising methodologies in certain legal aspects between the parties, which allows us to guarantee the inclusion of the first patient of a trial within 45 days of having been approved by the ethics committee.
